You agree to:

- Avoid posting or selling illegal or counterfeit items.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts violating these rules.
2. User Content
You're responsible for all content (text, images, listings) you post.
By posting, you grant NEMU a limited license to display and distribute your content on the platform.
3. Transactions
NEMU facilitates buyer-seller interactions but is not directly involved in transactions.
Users are responsible for ensuring accurate listings, payments, and deliveries.
4. AI Features
Our AI systems help match buyers and sellers. These recommendations are automated and not guaranteed. You're responsible for final decisions in each transaction.
5. Account Access via Google OAuth
By signing in with Google, you authorize us to access your basic profile and email address.
We don't store passwords or sensitive Google data.
6. Limitation of Liability
NEMU is not liable for:
- Losses from transactions between users.
- Service interruptions or technical errors.
- Third-party integrations (e.g., logistics, payments).
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account for violating these terms or for security reasons.
8. Changes to These Terms
We may update the Terms anytime. Continued use means you accept the changes.
